SoHo 25
25 West Houston Street, Manhattan, NY 10001

85,000 square foot, 9 story, residential boutique condominium completed in 2004 for Gladstein Development, Metropolitan Housing.

SoHo 25 is a boutique residential condominium building located on West Houston Street in the heart of SoHo. SoHo 25 is comprised of 32 spacious luxury condominium units, featuring Canadian maple hardwood floors, high ceilings, Bisazza tile bath & kitchen floors, large windows, luxury kitchens with Sub-Zero, Meile, and Viking appliances, Quartz surrounds, in-unit washer/dryer, and sophisticated bathrooms complete with oversized soakings tubs by Zuma. Residents enjoy a 24-hour attended lobby, concierge, private storage, and a large landscaped roof deck with an outdoor shower and reflection pool. The prime location and modern luxury of SoHo 25 has attracted many famous buyers, including Juliana Margulies, Padma Lakshmi and Kanye West. SoHo 25 was designed in conjunction with its neighbor across the street, 160 Wooster. SoHo 25 & 160 Wooster flank the western and eastern sides of Greene Street on Houston respectively, and were designed to be distinct, yet complement each other in the narrow lots on Greene Street. SoHo 25 & 160 Wooster are among the few new constructions buildings to gain approval and be built in SoHo's Landmark District. HTO collaborated with exterior design consultants, Beyer Blinder Belle Architects, on this project.
