160 Wooster
160 Wooster Street, Manhattan, NY 10001

75,000 square foot, 8 story, residential boutique condominium completed in 2004 for TriBeach Holdings.

Located in trendy SoHo, 160 Wooster consists of 15 spacious luxury condominium units which boast high ceilings, white oak floors, sleek Valcucine kitchens, and elegant bathrooms by Waterworks. Layouts for 160 Wooster were designed to have a maximum of 3 units per floor, affording each resident two of New York City's scarcest commodities - privacy and space. Residents enjoy a full time doorman, a large communal rooftop deck and private basement storage space for each unit. 160 Wooster was designed in conjunction with its neighbor across the street, SoHo 25. 160 Wooster & SoHo 25 flank the eastern and western sides of Greene Street on Houston respectively, and were designed to be distinct, yet complement each other in the narrow lots on Greene Street. 160 Wooster & SoHo 25 are among the few new construction buildings to gain approval and be built in SoHo's Landmark District. HTO collaborated with exterior design consultants, Beyer Blinder Belle Architects, on this project.
